The aim of this research is to a comparative study of in-service training patterns of Iranian teachers in the context of cloud computing with selected countries.The present researchis ofcomparative-exploratory type and theresearch method used in this study was based on qualitative research strategy.So that at the beginning of the work based on conducting exploratory interviews with experts andanalyzing the data collected withthe help of Thematic-analysis,the dimensions and components affecting theformation of in-service training patterns for Iranian teachers in the context of cloud computing,statistics and then Using the4-stage methodofGeorge f.Brady(1969),the dimensions and keycomponents revealed in the previous stagewithIn-service training models for teachers in the context of cloud computing in selectedcountries(5 countries England,UnitedStates,China,India,Sweden)wascompared.Thefindingsshowed that the dimensionsand components affecting the model of in-service training of Iranian teachers inthe contextof cloud computing include:5dimensionsand19cultural components(3components),managerial (5components),material and physical(2components),technology(5components)and human resources (4components).The findings of the comparative analysis also indicated that there were12common components and8non-commoncomponents between the2models of in-service training for teachers in thecontext of cloud computing in Iran and selected countries.Based on the findingsof the research, it is suggested to the practitioners and planners of educational courses in Iran to pay attention to the differenceswith countries thathave valuable experiences in order to increase the qualityofeducational courses.
