مقایسه شایستگی‏ های حرفه ‏ای معلّمان دانش ‏آموخته از دانشگاه فرهنگیان با معلّمان دانش ‏آموخته از سایر دانشگاه‏ ها: یک مطالعه مقایسه ای در استان کردستان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه شایستگی ‏های حرفه ‏ای معلّمان دانش ‏آموخته از دانشگاه فرهنگیان با معلّمان دانش ‏آموخته از سایر دانشگاه ‏ها در استان کردستان انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی است. تعداد 226 معلّم به روش تصادفی خوشه ‏ای دو مرحله‏ ای انتخاب شده و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. از این تعداد، 84 معلّم دانش آموخته از دانشگاه فرهنگیان و 142 نفر نیز معلّمان سایر دانشگاه‏ ها بودند. داده‏ های مورد ‏نیاز با استفاده از چهار آزمون عملکردی محقق ‏ساخته (آزمون موضوعی علوم و ریاضی و آزمون پداگوژی علوم و ریاضی) گردآوری شد. روایی آزمون‏ ها با استفاده از شاخص ضریب روایی محتوا و از طریق مراجعه به متخصصان حاصل شد. برای ارزیابی پایایی آزمون ‏ها از روش دونیمه کردن استفاده شد. یافته‏ ها نشان داد که تفاوت بین عملکرد معلّمان دانش ‏آموخته از دانشگاه فرهنگیان و سایر معلّمان در دو آزمون موضوعی علوم و ریاضی از لحاظ آماری، معنی ‏دار بود و در هر دو مورد، تفاوت به نفع دانش‏ آموختگان از دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. بین عملکرد این دو دسته از معلّمان در دو آزمون پداگوژی علوم و ریاضی، تفاوت معنی ‏داری مشاهده نشد. عملکرد معلّمان زن و مرد دانش آموخته از دانشگاه فرهنگیان تنها در آزمون پداگوژی علوم از لحاظ آماری متفاوت بود و تفاوت به نفع زنان بود. برای معلّمان دانش ‏آموخته از سایر دانشگاه ‏ها، بین عملکرد معلّمان زن و مرد در هردو آزمون موضوعی ریاضی و علوم از نظر آماری تفاوت معنی ‏داری مشاهده شد و در هر دو مورد، تفاوت به نفع معلّمان مرد بود.

چکیده [English]

This current study aimed to compare the professional competencies of teachers graduated from Farhangian University with those of teachers who graduated from other higher educational institutes in Kurdistan province. In this descriptive study, a total of 226 teachers were selected using a two stage cluster random sampling, which included 84 teachers graduating from Farhangian University and 142 teachers graduating from other higher education institutions. The data was collected by using four researcher-made performance tests of Mathematics and science content knowledge and mathematics and science pedagogical knowledge. The validity of the tests were confirmed by employing content validity index and expert views. The reliability of the instruments was assessed using the tests split-half reliability method. The findings indicated that there was a significant difference between the two groups of teachers in terms of mathematics and science content knowledge, favoring Farhangian University graduates. However, it was found that the two groups did not perform differently in terms of science and mathematics pedagogy. Female teachers who graduated from Farhangian University scored significantly higher than their male counterparts in science pedagogical knowledge. Concerning other university graduates, males significantly outperformed the females in mathematics and science content knowledge tests.
