It was a quantitative, applied and correlational study in terms of nature, purpose, and research type, respectively. The population included all elementary urban and rural school teachers in the mentioned city (N= 900). The sample including 269 teachers was selected using a one-stage cluster sampling method. The data collection instruments were Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC, 2003), the Maslach Burnout Inventory (1981), and the questionnaire of organizational climate by Halpin and Craft (OCDQ, 2000). The data was analyed using such tests as Pearson correlation coefficient, independent samples t-test, regression, one-way ANOVA, and skewness coefficient in SPSS (22). The results showed that resilience was significantly correlated with job burnout and organizational climate and job burnout was significantly correlated with organizational climate.
