شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر روحیه شاد معلمان و تأثیرگذاری آن بر میزان یادگیری و انگیزه تحصیلی دانش‎ آموزان دوره متوسطه

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر روحیه شاد معلمان و تأثیر آن بر یادگیری و انگیزه تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان دوره متوسطه انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت داده‌ها، همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه معلمان دوره متوسطه اول و دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر پایه هشتم و نهم مقطع متوسطه اول بود که در سال تحصیلی 400-99 در مدارس آموزش و پرورش منطقه امیرآباد مشغول به تحصیل بودند که تعداد 44 نفر از معلمان و 204 نفر از دانش‌آموزان به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از ﻣﻘﻴﺎس‌های ﺷﺎدﻛﺎﻣﻲ آﻛﺴﻔﻮرد آرگایل (١٩٨٩) و ﻣﻘﻴﺎس اﻧﮕﻴﺰش ﺗﺤﺼﻴﻠﻲ ﻫﺎرﺗﺮ (1981) استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی منجر به شناسایی عوامل سازمانی، روانشناختی، آموزشی و فیزیکی بر روحیه شاد معلمان شد؛ همچنین نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که رابطه مثبت و معناداری بین عوامل روحیه شاد معلمان با یادگیری و انگیزش تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان وجود دارد. به نظر می‌رسد درمانگران، پژوهشگران و مشاوران تحصیلی از برنامه آموزشی پژوهش حاضر می‌توانند برای کاهش مشکلات تحصیلی یادگیرندگان استفاده کنند.

چکیده [English]

The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors on teachers' happy mood and its effect on learning and academic motivation of secondary school students. The statistical population of the current study includes all teachers of the first secondary school and both male and female students of the eighth and ninth grades of the first secondary school who were studying in Amirabad region in the academic year of 2009-400. 44 teachers and 204 students were selected based on stratified random sampling method. To collect data, Oxford Argyle's Happiness Scale (1989) and Harter's Educational Motivation Scale (1981) were used. The results of exploratory factor analysis led to the identification of organizational, psychological, educational, and physical factors on teachers' happy mood. Also, the results of Pearson's correlation test showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the factors of teachers' happy mood and students' learning and academic motivation. It seems that therapists, researchers and educational consultants can use the educational program of the present study to reduce the academic problems of learners.
