The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between learning orientation with psychological safety climate and team learning of physical education teachers in Golestan province. The statistical population of this study included all 650 physical education teachers in Golestan province from whom 204 teachers were selected as the statistical sample by using stratified random sampling method. To collect research data, questionnaires of Bandersen and Sutcliffe's (2003) Learning Orientation, Edmonson and Lee's (2014) Psychological Safety Climate, and De Dreu's (2007) Team Learning were used. The face validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and Cronbach's alpha values of the questionnaires were 0.81, 0.83 and 0.79, respectively, which indicating their appropriate reliability. Research data were analyzed by using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that the relationship between learning orientation and psychological safety climate is positive and significant. Also, the relationship between learning orientation and team learning of physical education teachers was positive and significant. Another part of the results showed that the relationship between psychological safety climate and team learning of physical education teachers is positive and significant. Finally, the results showed that the relationship between learning orientation and team learning of physical education teachers with the mediating role of psychological safety climate is positive and significant.
