The collected data were analyzed using path analysis.
Results: The results showed that the highest direct effect was related to quantum feeliling on teaching enthusiasm and dedication to teaching and the lowest direct effect was related to quantum cognition on teaching enthusiasm In addition, the highest indirect effect was related to the effect of quantum feeling on the feeling of effectiveness and the lowest indirect effect was related to the effect of quantum cognition on the feeling of effectiveness .
