About the journal
The Journal of Teacher Professional Development is a completely scientific journal belonging to Farhangian University, which has been founded since 2014 under license No. 50000/6052/600, dated 07/22/2014, under the license of the Scientific Publishing Commission of Farhangian University with the goal of publishing scientific articles in the field of teacher professional development was launched and started under the license No. 79014 from the Press and Information Department of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in the form of a quarterly with the responsible director Dr. Yahya Maroufi and the editor Dr. Mohammad Reza Yousef Zadeh. This quarterly published its first issue in the fall of 2016 and the time of publication of each issue is once every three months.
This journal announces its preparation to receive original scientific articles in the fields of knowledge, skills, and attitude of teachers, as well as review articles that have not been previously published in any journal or book. After receiving the article and conducting the initial review process and detailed reviewing, it will publish the accepted articles. The main language of publishing articles is Persian along with English abstracts. Also, considering that the vision of the journal is to be valid in international indexes, it is ready to receive, review and publish full-text scientific articles in English in special issues of the journal; Therefore, interested researchers from all over the world are invited to submit their English articles to this journal, so that after reviewing and acceptance process, they can be published in special issues of the journal.
Submitting, reviewing, and publishing articles accepted in this journal is completely free. Articles can be accepted and published after the reviewing process by 3 reviewers and making corrections. As the main policy of this journal is to promote and spread science among all researchers in the world, access to all full-text articles of this journal is free.
Since honesty and truthfulness in conducting scientific research is the basis of the editor and members of the editorial board of the journal, so the editorial board puts observance of research ethics in compiling articles as its top priority and, accordingly, joins the Committee (COPE).
