Method: This qualitative study was conducted with a Glazier approach with 15 expert teachers in Alborz province in the academic year 1403-1404 using purposive sampling until the analyses reached theoretical saturation. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews. The analysis method was coding, which was carried out at three levels: open (concept), axial (subcategory), and selective (main category). The concepts and components of the personal development model (123 concepts, 17 subcategories, and 4 main categories) were identified from the interviews and compiled in the form of a model. Findings: Based on the findings obtained in this study, a conceptual model of personal development in elementary schools was drawn. Conclusion: The results showed that the personal development model of elementary school teachers included 4 key components including social factors; organizational factors; individual factors, and social factors. Social factors include (social responsibility, social atmosphere and culture, connection with the community); organizational factors include (management approach, goal setting, organizational vision, providing facilities); individual factors (professional ethics, internal control, self-efficacy, intellectual maturity, motivation for progress); educational factors (educational skills). پیشینه و اهداف: هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر طراحی و ارائه الگوی توسعه فردی برای معلمان مدارس ابتدایی استان البرز بود. روش: این پژوهش با شیوه کیفی و رویکرد گلیزری با پانزده معلم خبره استان البرز در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 با استفاده از نمونه­ گیری هدفمند انجام شد تا جایی که تحلیل ­ها به اشباع نظری رسید. داده­ ها با استفاده از مصاحبه ­های نیمه ساختاریافته گردآوری شد. روش تحلیل به­ صورت کدگذاری بوده که در سه سطح باز (مفهوم)، محوری (مقوله فرعی) و انتخابی (مقوله اصلی) انجام شده است. مفهوم ­ها و مؤلفه ­های الگوی توسعه فردی (123مفهوم، 17 مقوله فرعی و 4 مقوله اصلی) از مصاحبه­ ها مشخص و در قالب الگو تدوین شد.. یافته‌ها: یافته ­ها نشان داد که توسعه فردی معلمان دوره ابتدایی شامل چهار مؤلفه کلیدی شامل عوامل اجتماعی؛ عوامل سازمانی؛ عوامل فردی و عوامل اجتماعی بوده است. عوامل اجتماعی؛ شامل مسئولیت ­پذیری اجتماعی، جوّ و فرهنگ اجتماعی، ارتباط با جامعه؛ عوامل سازمانی شامل رویکرد مدیریتی، هدف­ گذاری، چشم ­انداز سازمانی، فراهم کردن امکانات؛ عوامل فردی؛ شامل اخلاق حرفه ­ای، کنترل درونی، خودکارآمدی، بلوغ فکری، انگیزه پیشرفت و  عوامل آموزشی؛ شامل مهارت آموزشی، کار تیمی، طراحی آموزشی، ارزشیابی، پژوهش بوده است. نتیجه­ گیری: بنا بر یافته ­های به دست آمده در این پژوهش مدل مفهومی توسعه فردی به منظور بهسازی معلمان مدارس ابتدایی ترسیم شد. https://tpdevelopment.cfu.ac.ir/article_4196_58abeca2805b53b4d42f1431ce4892b5.pdf
