To achieve this goal, a qualitative method and the type of document review or library method was used. In order to collect and analyze data, since this is qualitative research, the three steps ‎advised by Bardin (1996) were followed. In this study, the research population was equal to the sample; So that the whole book of Nahj al-Balagha was analyzed as the population and sample of research. In the findings section, a set of components of teacher professional ethics with emphasis on teacher interaction with himself was extracted from Nahj al-Balagha. Being thoughtful, welcoming change, believing in the supernatural force and mentioning it, believing in death, purposefulness, order and planning, self-esteem and avoiding selfishness, self-calculation, perseverance and continuity of work, welcoming the continuous learning, pragmatism and consulting with others were the components which were extracted and discussed from the teachings of Imam Ali (AS) in this article. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی و استنباط مؤلفه­ های اخلاق حرفه­ای معلم با تأکید بر تعامل معلم با خود از منظر نهج‌البلاغه است. برای رسیدن به این هدف، از روش کیفی و از نوع بررسی اسناد و مدارک و یا روش کتابخانه‌ای استفاده گردید. برای جمع­آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و اطلاعات، به لحاظ کیفی بودن پژوهش سه گام‌ باردن (1374)، برداشته شد. در این پژوهش، جامعه با نمونه برابر بود؛ بطوری­که کل کتاب نهج‌البلاغه به­عنوان جامعه و نمونه پژوهش بررسی گردید. در بخش یافته­ها مجموعه­ای از مؤلفه­های اخلاق حرفه­ای معلم با تأکید بر تعامل معلم با خود از نهج­البلاغه استخراج گردید. فکور بودن، استقبال از تغییر و تحول، باور به نیروی فراطبیعی و ذکر او، هدفمندی، نظم و برنامه­ریزی، عزّت نفس و پرهیز از خودپسندی، خودمحاسبه­گری، پشتکار و تداوم کارها، استقبال از فراگیری مستمر دانش و یادگیری، عمل­گرایی، مشورت‌پذیری از جمله این مؤلفه­ها بود که در این نوشتار به­عنوان مؤلفه‌های ارتباط و تعامل معلم با خود از آموزه­های امام علی -علیه‌السلام- استخراج و بررسی شدند. https://tpdevelopment.cfu.ac.ir/article_2100_5db282b47e19d8795b32ead9b6c2e286.pdf
