The statistical population of this study included all 650 physical education teachers in Golestan province from whom 204 teachers were selected as the statistical sample by using stratified random sampling method. To collect research data, questionnaires of Bandersen and Sutcliffe's (2003) Learning Orientation, Edmonson and Lee's (2014) Psychological Safety Climate, and De Dreu's (2007) Team Learning were used. The face validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and Cronbach's alpha values of the questionnaires were 0.81, 0.83 and 0.79, respectively, which indicating their appropriate reliability. Research data were analyzed by using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that the relationship between learning orientation and psychological safety climate is positive and significant. Also, the relationship between learning orientation and team learning of physical education teachers was positive and significant. Another part of the results showed that the relationship between psychological safety climate and team learning of physical education teachers is positive and significant. Finally, the results showed that the relationship between learning orientation and team learning of physical education teachers with the mediating role of psychological safety climate is positive and significant. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تعیین رابطه بین جهت‌گیری یادگیری با جو ایمنی روانشناختی و یادگیری تیمی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان گلستان بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان گلستان به تعداد 650 نفر بود که 204 معلم با استفاده از روش انتخاب تصادفی طبقه‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های تحقیق، از پرسش‌‌نامه‌های جهت‌گیری یادگیری بندرسن و ساتکلیف (2003)، جو ایمنی روانشناختی ادموندسن و لی(2014) و یادگیری تیمی دی‌دریو (2007) استفاده شد. روایی صوری پرسش‌نامه‌ها توسط متخصصان تأیید گردید و مقدار آلفای کرونباخ پرسش‌نامه‌ها به‌ترتیب 81/0، 78/0 و 86/0 به‌دست آمد که نشان­دهنده پایایی مناسب آن‌ها بود. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر PLS تحلیل شدند و نتایج نشان داد رابطه بین جهت‌گیری یادگیری و جو ایمنی روانشناختی مثبت و معنی‌دار است. همچنین رابطه بین جهت‌گیری یادگیری و یادگیری تیمی معلمان تربیت بدنی مثبت و معنی‌داری بود. بخش دیگری از نتایج نشان داد رابطه بین جو ایمنی روانشناختی و یادگیری تیمی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی مثبت و معنی‌داری است. در نهایت، نتایج نشان داد رابطه بین جهت‌گیری یادگیری و یادگیری تیمی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی با نقش میانجی جو ایمنی روانشناختی مثبت و معنی‌دار است. https://tpdevelopment.cfu.ac.ir/article_2077_edf5c98f19910beb58d9dca43990fa2e.pdf
