Success and failure of an education system depends on its teachers. If they have a coherent and well-formed professional identity, they will lead to the success of the system. Professional identity, like other aspects of identity, is affected by various factors. Studying this identity depends on the identification of such factors. Therefore, the present study is an attempt to examine these factors. This article is a systematic review study. After searching different databases, 81 articles were found. Having read the abstracts of the articles, the researchers selected 44 articles for systematic review. Various factors affecting teachers’ professional identity were identified through the review. These factors were classified into five categories including:1. Background factors 2. Personal factors  3. Cultural-social factors 4. Professional factors and 5. Political-economic factors. From among these categories, personal factors were more prominent than others and had a greater role in changing and developing professional identity. اصلی‌ترین کارگزاران برنامه درسی و نظام آموزشی، معلمان می‌باشند. موفقیت و شکست نظام آموزشی به معلمان آن وابسته است و در صورتی که این معلمان، هویت حرفه‌ای منسجم و شکل‌گرفته داشته باشند، منجر به موفقیت نظام خواهد شد. هویت حرفه‌ای نیز همچون سایر جنبه‌های هویت تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی می‏ باشد؛ اما بررسی این هویت، نیازمند شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر آن می‌باشد؛ به همین سبب در پژوهش حاضر، به شناسایی این عوامل پرداخته شده است. این مقاله یک مطالعه مرور نظامند است. پس از جست‌وجو از بانک‌های اطلاعاتی، 81 مقاله یافت شد که در نهایت پس از مطالعه چکیده آن‎ها 44 مطالعه، جهت مرور نظام‌مند انتخاب شد. از مرور صورت‌ گرفته، عوامل مختلف مؤثر بر هویت حرفه‌ای معلم، شناسایی شد. این عوامل در ۵ دسته: 1. عوامل زمینه‌ای 2. عوامل شخصی ۳. عوامل فرهنگی – اجتماعی  ۴. عوامل حرفه‌ای و ۵. عوامل سیاسی -اقتصادی قرار داده شدند که از این میان، نقش عوامل شخصی از سایرین پررنگ‌تر بوده و سهم بیشتری در تغییر و تکوین هویت حرفه‌ای دارند. https://tpdevelopment.cfu.ac.ir/article_1008_534e0b320fbb1c6eefa0ab98173b838f.pdf
