ارزیابی مؤلفه‌ های اخلاق حرفه‌ ای و رابطه آن با فرسودگی شغلی معلمان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه اخلاق حرفه ‏ای با فرسودگی شغلی معلمان شهرستان نمین به روش توصیفی‏-همبستگی انجام گردید. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، 900 نفر از معلمان شهرستان نمین بودند که از بین آن‏ها 270 نفر گروه نمونه از طریق فرمول کوکران و با روش نمونه‎گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردید. داده ‏های موردنیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مزلاج و همکاران و پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه ‏ای پتی جمع ‏آوری گردید. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه‏ ها با استفاده از نظر متخصصان تأیید شد و پایایی با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی 0/71 و برای پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه‏ای 0/70 به ‏دست آمد. داده‏ های گردآوری شده، با استفاده از آزمون‏ های آماری همبستگی پیرسون، آزمونt، رگرسیون و تحلیل واریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد فرسودگی شغلی در بین معلمان، پایین‏تر از میانگین و اخلاق حرفه‏ ای، بالاتر از میانگین است. بین اخلاق حرفه‏ ای و فرسودگی شغلی دبیران، همبستگی منفی و معنی ‏داری وجود دارد. نتایج دیگر این پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین فرسودگی شغلی معلمان مرد بیشتر از معلمان زن است و بین اخلاق حرفه‏ ای و فرسودگی شغلی معلمان از لحاظ سن، سابقه کار و میزان تحصیلات، تفاوت معنی ‏داری وجود ندارد. همچنین نتایج آزمون رگرسیون نشان داد که مؤلفه ‏های اخلاق حرفه ‏ای در مجموع 48/3 درصد کل واریانس متغیر فرسودگی شغلی را پیش ‏بینی می ‏کند.

چکیده [English]

This research was aimed to investigate the relationship between Professional ethic and job burnout among Namin city teachers with correation-descriptive method. Statistical societies of this research were 900 teachers in namin city was chosen from among the 270 people through Cochran formula and simple random sampling.  Data was collected with Maslach burnout questionnaire & professional ethics Petti. The content & formal validity of questionnaires was approved by the experts, and the reliability of questionnaires Using Cronbach's alpha for job Burnout questionnaire was 0/71 and for professional ethics was 0/70. The collective data were analyzed using with Pierson correlation, t –test, regression & variance analysis tests. The results showed that the mean of job burnout among teachers was much lower than the mean, and the mean of Professional ethic was higher than the mean.There is a significant & negative correlation between Professional ethic and teacher's job burnout.The other results of this research showed that the average of job burnout male teachers more than female teachers, and There is no significant difference between professional ethic and burnout of teachers in terms of age, work experience and educational level. Also the results of regression test showed those professional ethics are predicting a total of 48/3 percent of the variance in job burnout.
